We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, you can return any item within 20 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund.
- How to return: contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll confirm the return address.
- Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in return transit.
- Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately — including your postage.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
