3" Quaich No wire Iona

Iona patterning on a three-inch quaich, finished without wire trim. The designs come from the carved stones of the island, which predate most of what we think of as Celtic ornament. Cast in English pewter in Sheffield. The missing wire leaves a softer edge and a slightly less formal piece.
